What is Carob: The carob tree has a fruit that looks like dark brown pea pods. Carob is a sweet & healthy alternative to chocolate. Carob is NOT chocolate, contains lots of fiber, zero caffeine, zero gluten & very low amounts of fat & sugar. Yes, mom & dad can sneak a bite as well.
